Waiting in vain for a loan
NAME WITHHELD, Baguio City

This is just to voice out my grievances and disappointment to Fundline Finance Corporation.

I’ve learned about this financing agency thru a friend who gave me one of your flyers. The flyer was so attractive, “Dagdag puhunan” so it says. I inquired in your office and filled up my application hoping to be given attention. After two weeks of waiting, I came to your office and followed up my application but one of your personnel said, I have to fill up another application which I did. She then asked me if the C.I. personnel assigned in our area came to investigate about me and I said no. Then she said I need to come back to talk to the C.I. which I did the following day. I talked to the C.I., I texted, I called up your landline  not only once but many times and the same reply was given to me: “Please wait because we don’t have time to come to your place for   investigation.” So I waited and waited and waited in vain. It’s been two months since then but there was no C.I. who came to our place. When I came to follow up in your office, I was again told to please wait. I just wonder why you do that to your would be clients? Pinapaghintay ninyo sa wala. Sana kung hindi qualified ang isang loan applicant, then please tell him/her frankly. Huwag na ninyong paasahin pa at paghintayin kung wala namang pag-asa kaysa naman umaasa ang isang aplikante na makapag-loan sa inyo. Napakaganda ng flyers ninyo but your service and the way you treat your loan applicants is very disappointing. Sana naman mabigyan niyo ng pansin lahat ng loan applicants niyo kasi kung sakali man, makakatulong kayo sa amin and at the same time, makakatulong din po kami sa inyo.
