Unfair road apprehension

Itong sulat po ay ginawa namin para malaman ng publiko ang unfair treatment ng BCPO (Baguio Police), LTO, at CMO Traffic ng mayor’s office sa paghuli sa amin na jeepney drivers ng Pacdal-Liteng na dumadaan sa Gen. Luna Road.  Kami po ay hinuhuli kahit saglit lang kaming huminto sa nasabing kalsada para magkarga at magdiskarga ng pasahero pero hindi po nila hinuhuli ang mga Tuding Express at Tuding Mangga jeepneys na ginagamit ang Gen. Luna Road na illegal terminal. Ginagamit namin ang parehong kalsada at kami ay humihinto ng ilang segundo lang pero ang mga Tuding Express at Tuding Mangga ay nakaparada ng higit sampung minuto para punuhin ang kanilang mga jeep. Bakit hindi pantay ang batas? Sana makarating ito sa ating bagong mayor at sa mga opisyal ng DILG at Ombudsman para maituwid ang matagal ng problema na nararanasan namin.
