| Stuck with an inefficient Internet provider |
| JAY JAVELLANA, Baguio City |
|
For the past week especially at night, the PLDT Internet connection has been very slow or at most times has not been working in most parts of Baguio. I hope PLDT will look into this problem. We have to get our money’s worth. Although we want to change providers, we are stuck with our contract with PLDT.
A lot of work has been affected and delayed because of this. Our complaints to PLDT always fall on deaf ears, or if not, they just pacify you for the moment without responding and fixing our problem.
