The police is not deputized to seize pirated materials
INSP. VIRGILIO HIDALGO, Police Information Officer, Baguio City

The BCPO is not deputized to do so. The police therefore just assists when the OMB does its task.

Everyone is presumed to know the law for ignorance thereof excuses no one.
