TRUE OR FALSE

1.    Once again, the people are made to suffer for the failure of a contractor to deliver on its messianic promises to free the city from the yoke of garbage.

2.    And once again, a contractor and its backers will be allowed to keep all fees received despite totally failing to deliver the city from the yoke of garbage.

3.    The people have no right to complain about the rotten garbage because they knowingly return to office the very same people who ram them from behind.

4.    This councilor in a hurry did not bribe this young reporter with a phone and a tablet in exchange for interviews to prop up his imagined spotless image.

5.    This councilor is not the highest earning city official and does not receive income from various bingo joints around the city which he openly opposes.

6.    The city mayor does not want an OIC to be assigned at the BCPO especially when it is the personal choice of a top police official soon to be promoted.

7.    The roadside anti-smoke belching team should be commended for testing the service vehicle of the city mayor’s office and penalizing it for violations.

8.    The president of a small scale mining group has nothing to do with the swift though surreptitious entry of South Koreans into the mining trade in Itogon.

9.    Road projects worth millions intended for the remote villages in Mountain Province were not transferred to rich communities for May 2013 purposes.

10. MP board members should not tolerate their absentee colleague whenever he demands juicy projects in exchange for casting his vote in favor of issues.

11. With PNoy’s policy on transparency, accountants will certainly earn big bucks as public officials scramble to hide their many assets in their SALNs.

12. The much-hyped United Nationalist Alliance of the Binay camp is only good for the 2013 midterm polls as all of them will be eyeing the 2016 presidency.
