The Civil Service Commission will spearhead the celebration of the 121st Philippine Civil Service anniversary this September with the theme, “Transforming public service in the next decade: Honing agile and future ready servant-heroes”.
This year’s anniversary celebration provides government agencies with the opportunity to celebrate government reforms and showcase excellent public service.
It also provides the venue to highlight excellent performance of civil servants and showcase public service at its best.
The CSC has lined up activities that remind government workers of their role in exemplifying the core values of love of God and country, building a citizen-centric government, and promoting malasakit in public service for the Filipinos.
In view of the Covid-19 pandemic, the CSC has prioritized technology-driven activities that are compliant with the precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of government workers.
In the Cordillera, the CSC will hold an online zumba on Sept. 1, film showing from Sept. 1 to 12, and the awarding rites for the regional winners of the CSC song writing and online photography contests on Sept. 6.
