A total of 5,008 out of 7,746 examinees passed the Nurses Licensure Examination given by the Board of Nursing in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Pangasinan, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last month.
The Professional Regulation Commission reported in Baguio City, 545 out of 694 examinees or 78.53 percent passed the exams, with St. Louis University ranking first among the top performing schools in the Cordillera with a 100 percent passing rate or all 75 examinees passed.
The University of the Cordilleras is in fifth place with 45 out of 51 examinees passing the exam or 88.24 passing rate.
Two graduates of SLU are also in the list of top 10 passers, namely Athena Ainu Macli-ing Malecdan and Kristenne Joy Arcangel Turqueza, who are both in 10th place with a score of 87.20 percent, along with Windle Jean Bautista Taylor of University of Pangasinan.
The PRC said the results were released 10 days after the last day of the examination.
The online oath taking will be on Aug. 16, 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., which will be spearheaded by PRC Iloilo with other virtual halls including PRC-Cordillera.
Passers are advised to secure an online appointment schedule at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as transaction. The online registration for e-OATH will close five calendar days before the oathtaking day.
Inductees should wear a formal or business attire and use a white backdrop (white physical or virtual background) throughout the oathtaking ceremony.
After attending the e-OATH, successful examinees may now register online for the issuance of their professional ID card, certificate of registration, and passing and rating at http://online.prc.gov.ph.  
Those who will register are required to bring the following on their appointment date: downloaded system-generated oath form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission or valid ID (for identification only), and two sets of documentary stamps, order of payment, and corresponding documentary stamps for certification and authentication requests.
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals from Aug. 17 to Sept. 20.
