A MAJOR COMEBACK — The annual Baguio Flower Festival, or Panagbenga staged its major comeback on weekend, as thousands of people from all walks of life, including those watching through traditional and social media, witnessed the more than 20 flower-bedecked floats parade in the central business district on Feb. 26, as the Panagbenga continues to cement its legacy as one of the best festivals in the Philippines.
