Brawner and Navy Flag Officer-in-Command Vice Admiral Toribio Adaci Jr. through a representative graced the graduation rites of the new reservists of the command under Commander Anthony de Leon.

The Navy reservists underwent one-month rigid training.

He urged them to be patriots in wake of the growing external threats.

“Your dedication and commitment to serving in the citizen reserve force play a crucial role in safeguarding our nation’s security. In the face of ongoing challenges, strengthening our reserve force is essential in enhancing our territorial defense,” Brawner said.

The BCMC is designed to equip participants with essential military skills and knowledge that foster a spirit of nationalism and readiness to serve the nation in times of need.
