BIKERS IN BLOOM — Motorcycles and bicycles adorned with flowers toured around Baguio City’s places of interest on weekend as part of the Panagbenga 2023 celebrations, as organizers want to showcase the festival in a neoclassical style. The two-day event, a brainchild of Baguio girl and commercial pilot Che Estepa also aims to empower women by breaking taboos in a male-dominated motorcycling environment, as a bevy of motorcycling women beauties were in attendance in this year’s 2nd “Bikes in Bloom”. — Dave Leprozo Jr.
