CALL TO SURFACE ACTIVISTS — Students of the University of the Philippines Baguio and families and friends of missing activists Dexter Capuyan and Gene Roz Jamil “Bazoo” de Jesus gathered for a prayer vigil on May 23 at the UP oblation grounds for the safety of the Cordilleran activists who are yet to be found, since going missing on April 28.
