CELEBRATION OF BEAUTY AND BRAINS — The youthful candidates for the search for Mr. and Ms. Benguet 2023 from the 13 towns of the province were presented during the Nov. 6 kick-off celebration of the 123rd foundation anniversary of Benguet through the Adivay Festival.
