COPS IN OUTREACH PROGRAM — Members of the Public Safety Basic Recruit Course “Magasat” Class of 2014-02 celebrated their 9th anniversary with an outreach program at Kabuyao Elementary School in Kabuyao, Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet on Sept. 22.
