CORDILLERAN POLICE GENERAL RETIRES — Cordilleran police general, Cesar delos Reyes Pasiwen, has retired from police service after serving the country and the Filipinos for the past 29 years. PNP Director General Rodolfo Azurin, Jr. graced the retirement honors for Pasiwen at Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, where the latter served as regional director until his retirement on Feb. 22. Pasiwen, a member of PNP Academy Class of 1994, spent most of career in the Cordillera before he joined Azurin at the PNP Area Police Command-Northern Luzon. — PNP PIO
