The Covid-19 vaccination has been rolled out in all the provinces in the Cordillera last week with frontliners of public and private hospitals being among the first batch of vaccinees.
The latest roll out was in Apayao on March 10 with 195 frontline workers in four hospitals inoculated.
Frontline medical and non-medical workers at the Far North Luzon General Hospital and Training Center (FNLGHTC) in Luna, Conner District Hospital (CDH) in Conner, Santa Marcela Medicare and Community Hospital in Sta. Marcela, and the Apayao District Hospital in Calanasan received the first dose of the Sinovac vaccine in their respective facilities.
In Kalinga, the vaccination was rolled out on March 7 with 70 healthcare workers from Kalinga Provincial Hospital (KPH) inoculated and with no recorded adverse reaction experience, so far.
In Ifugao, 450 vials of Sinovac vaccine arrived on March 7 for six healthcare facilities namely Panopdopan District Hospital (PDH) with 170, Aguinaldo People’s Hospital; 40, Potia District Hospital, 100; Mayoyao District Hospital, 60; Hungduan Municipal Hospital, 20; and Tinoc District Hospital, 60.
The vaccination started March 8 at the Panopdopan and Potia district hospitals in Lamut and Alfonso Lista, respectively.  
Health workers at the Mayoyao District Hospital, Aguinaldo People’s Hospital and Hungduan Municipal Hospital and had their vaccination on March 9 while Tinoc District Hospital had their vaccination on March 10.
In Benguet and Mountain Province, the Covid-19 vaccination was rolled out on March 6.
