CRUCIAL BRIDGE — Officials in Mountain Province led by Gov. Bonifacio Lacwasan, Jr. and Vice Gov. Francis Tauli led the ribbon cutting of the newly constructed Layugan Bridge in Tamboan, Besao, which connects the province to Tubo, Abra. The 50-million worth project aims to improve the transport system in the area to support the affected communities’ agricultural production and improve their access to local markets, health centers and educational facilities, and other opportunities brought by the improvement of the roads. — MP PIO photodefault
