DOH-CAR FRIENDSHIP AMBASSADORS — Rhynlyn Palitogen of the DOH Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center-Mountain Province and Jofranz Lingbanan of Luis Hora Memorial Regional Hospital were crowned Mr. and Ms. DOH Friendship Games Ambassadors during pageant night at the Baguio Convention Center on Aug. 10. The other winners are Alvin Jay Isican of DOH-Cordillera and Meagan Diano of LHMRH as first runners-up; Carwin Xavier Olivas and Gianne Janiola, both of BGHMC as second runners-up; Marvito Follo and Chrysler Bayangan, both of CDH as third runners-up; and Noli Franco and Eunice Camille Umayam, both of FNLGHTC as fourth runners-up. — DOH-CAR photo
