It’s great to learn that our hardworking members of the city council led by Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan passed separate ordinances mandating the wearing of masks and physical distancing within the jurisdiction of the Summer Capital. Penalties will be levied on violators. Hooray!
Both approved measures cited the purpose for their enactment is to safeguard public health and safety from threats of the virus and to prevent its transmission among residents, medical personnel, frontliners, and all persons in the City of Pines.
