Five Team Lakay fighters are among the top fighters in their respective division based on the latest athletes’ rankings of ONE Championship.
Reigning ONE strawweight world champion Joshua Pacio led all Team Lakay fighters in the rankings for having successfully defended his belt against current number one contender Yosuke Saratu.
Lito Adiwang, who is also gaining popularity across Asia for his athleticism and explosiveness inside the circle, is ranked top five in the strawweight division.
Former title contender Danny Kingad is ranked third in the flyweight division currently reigned by world champion Adriano Moraes of Brazil.
Multi-titled mixed martial arts fighter Demetrius Johnson of the United States is at number two, while Filipino-Australian and former title contender Reece McLaren is in top five.
Former ONE bantamweight world champion Kevin Belingon is also in top three of their division currently reigned by long-time champion Bibiano Fernandes of Brazil.
Belingon’s tormentor, John Lineker, took the second spot and is set to challenge Fernandes for the world gold strap in December.
Jenelyn Olsim was ranked fifth in the women’s strawweight division following her back-to-back victories inside the circle. Olsim also qualified to compete in the semifinals of the ONE atomweight world Grand Prix.
