The Department of Social Welfare and Development-Cordillera and Saint Louis University through the Chief Justice Manuel V. Moran Community Legal Assistance Office (CJMM-CLAO) formalized a partnership which aims to provide free legal service to the indigent sector of Baguio and Benguet.
