Hedcor has distributed more than P10.49 million worth of community shares to Benguet and Mountain Province, generated from the 2023 total energy sales of La Trinidad Hydro, Irisan 1 & 2 Hydros, Bineng 3 Hydro, Ampohaw Hydro, and Sal-angan Hydro in Benguet, and Sabangan Hydro in Mountain Province.

“With the power of collective action to drive positive change, the renewable energy we produce is best described by the impact we create in the communities where we operate. For more than 45 years, Cordillera has welcomed our renewable operations; and in turn, we catalyze the region’s shared success and inclusive growth,” said Hedcor President and COO Rolando Pacquiao.

Pacquiao added these community engagements strengthen Hedcor’s ties with Benguet and Mountain Province, moving toward a future where clean energy powers prosperity for all – aligning with Hedcor’s strong stance on environmental stewardship and the overall well-being of the locals. Benguet received P8.05M worth of community shares while Mountain Province accepted P2.44M. – Press release
