HONEST LEARNERS — The Besao Municipal Police Station in Mountain Province awarded certificates of appreciation and cash reward to six honest pupils of Besao Central School during the flag raising rites on April 4. The certificates were given to Kenjie Bolinget, Raymar Waylang, and Trixie Jim Cogasi, for returning a missing cellphone they found on March 21 while Leyan Beyden, Jerick Bayanos, and Winston Jr Beyden for returning a wallet they found on March 24. — Besao MPS photo
