IBAGIW CREATIVE FESTIVAL 2022 — The fifth staging of the Ibagiw Creative Festival kicked off on Nov. 12 at Baguio Convention Center featuring the convergence of local performing individuals and groups in various disciplines from cultural, classical to jazz, modern dancers, musicians, and performers.
