LIONS REACH OUT TO LEARNERS — The Baguio City Host Lions Club under president Perlita Cuyan and Sacramento Maharlika Lions Clubs under president Franklin Zabal conducted an outreach program that targeted 260 learners of Dontogan Elementary School in Baguio City on Jan. 31.
