MEDALLION OF EXCELLENCE — The city government of Baguio commended with a resolution Technical Education and Skills Development Authority-Cordillera State Institute of Technical Education main campus scholar Jonathan Supsupin who won the Medallion of Excellence during the cooking event of the Worldskills Competition 2022 in Messe Luzern, Switzerland in October 2022.
