NOW OPERATIONAL — The newly installed 10-megavolt ampere power transformer at the sub-station of Benguet Electric Cooperative in Bulalacao, Mankayan is now operational has energized powerlines in several areas in the municipality. The installation of the transformer was supervised by Beneco Acting General Manager Art Bacoco to also ensure that other consumers in Buguias and some areas of Cervantes, Ilocos Sur will be energized. — Contributed photo
