PANAGBENGA 2023 OPENING — This year’s edition of the Panagbenga Festival formally opened on Feb. 1 with performances from various schools and cultural groups to the delight of spectators who lined up from Upper Session Road to the Melvin Jones football field where the drum and lyre competition was held.
