PAYBACK TIME — The regional office of the Department of Agriculture has filed charges for trespassing against 14 individuals, mostly security guards, for unauthorized entry inside the premises of the Baguio Animal Breeding and Research Center at Dontogan, Baguio City and for occupying a facility in the area. A case for illegal possession of firearms was also filed against two persons considered as the brains behind the unauthorized entry of the guards. — DA-CAR photo
