The Professional Regulation Commission will hold the licensure examination for physicians this month.

Pursuant to Resolution 1269, the PRC set the Physician Licensure Examinations on Nov. 10, 11, 15, and 16 upon the approval of the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID).

In Baguio City, the examination will be administered at Pines City Colleges to 331 aspiring doctors.

The PRC expressed its gratitude to the officials and staff of the city government of Baguio, Department of the Interior and Local Government, Philippine National Police, and Pines City Colleges for their support and cooperation.

The PRC also announced that the Medical Technologists Licensure Examinations (MTLE) have been rescheduled to Jan. 21 and 22, 2021, upon the approval of the IATF-EID.

In consideration of the travel restrictions and community quarantine implemented by the government, MTLE examinees are encouraged and are allowed to transfer for their comfort and convenience. The testing centers are Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Manila, Pampanga, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
