POOR PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION — The Regional Project Monitoring Committee is not happy with the current implementation of the Madegnak Bridge in Barangay Alaoa, Tineg, Abra, as its members noted the slow paced implementation of the project and their difficulty in the construction of the piers and other components for the completion of the bridge.
