The Professional Regulations Commission has warned the public not to fall victims of online portals illegally using the PRC logo.
The PRC said the following websites and Facebook pages using its logo are not, in any way, connected to or is duly authorized by PRC: prcboardnews.com, facebook.com/prcboardnews/, prcexamsresult.blogspot.com, facebook.com/Philippine-Board-Exam-Results-111736658886758/, boardexamresultsph, facebook.com/examresult, prcpassers.com, facebook.com/PRC-Board-and-Licensure-Exam-Results-407038286024259/, prcboard.com, facebook.com/PRCBoard/, pinoymoneytalk.com/prcgov/, and facebook.com/prcgovexamresult/.
The Commission said it is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for damages of any kind arising out of use, reference to, or reliance on any information contained within these sites.
The official website of PRC is www.prc.gov.ph and its official Facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/professionalregulationcommission.
The PRC-Cordillera’s blogsite is www.prcbaguio.blogspot.comand and its official Facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/prc.cordillera.
The PRC also warned applicants and professionals against fixers who offer services to transact with PRC in their behalf by obtaining personal information, including username and password.
When transacting online, clients were advised that appointment slots are free and they should not allow anyone to have their password. They were also advised to change their password regularly.
The PRC also warned its clients to not let other people create their online profile, double check their information to avoid the invalidation of their application due to wrong data/information stated, and pay only to the authorized payment channels specified in the website.
