PROJECT INSPECTION — The Regional Development Council-Regional Project Monitoring Committee along with representatives from Benguet and from the LISTT municipalities inspected various engineering works being done at the outer ring of the Baguio City-La Trinidad- Itogon-Sablan-Tuba-Tublay circumferential road. While construction of several sections of the road are ahead of schedule, some areas incurred problems in the implementation such as delay due to some issues like “non-standard” in the construction of roads and other components. — Redjie Cawis
