Awardees from Benguet Police Provincial Office are C/Insp. Benzon B. Macli-ing, SPO1 Arnold G. Danggan, PO3 Donald B. Buteng, and PO1 Joni D. Ballatong.

Non-uniformed personnel member Mendy Egtapen of Benguet PPO was also awarded for her significant contribution in the continuous outstanding rating of the BPPO’s Provincial Investigation Division Management Branch.

Their accomplishments have been considered significant as they reflect high sense of commitment, teamwork, and devotion to duty that contributed in the accomplishment of the PNP mission and functions.

La Trinidad Mayor Romeo Salda, the celebration’s guest speaker, commended the personnel of PRO-Cordillera for a job well done.

He acknowledged the commitment of the law enforcers to continue serving Cordillera communities and bring the government closer to the people.

“Always act within the bounds of the law, do your duties with excellence, and rest assured that we will continue to support you in any way we can,” Salda said.

The PRO-Cor will also feature best practices that have projected the police image not just as a regular law enforcer but as a catalyst for the socio-economic development of the country.

Other activities lined up this July include a drug/crime prevention symposium, storytelling, outreach programs; concert at the mall; series of seminars, dialogues, and lectures, and other related activities.
