SENTIMENTAL JOURNEY — Cordillera’s two-star police general Oliver Enmodias, director of the PNP Directorate for Research and Development, was given honor by the men and women of the PNP Area Police Command Northern Luzon led by Lt/Gen. Felipe Natividad during the former’s “Sentimental Journey” to his previous assignments prior to his upcoming retirement.
