A golf for-a-cause that will benefit around 40 members of the Baguio Organization for the Blind is set at Pinewoods Golf & Country Club at Asin Road on Jan. 28.
Saint Louis University Boy’s High Class of 1979, popularly known as the 79ers, is organizing the event as part of its 43rd homecoming activities.
Also known as the Stout Hearted Men Organization, a non-profit organization and Securities and Exchange Commission-registered group, it has 265 members, who will gather for the three-day activities.
The first activity will be the golf fellowship at Pine-woods, a banquet dinner at Newtown Plaza Hotel, and a family day at Dalluyon in San Juan, La Union.
Registration fee for the golf fellowship is P4,000 per participant, who will be entitled to a raffle, giveaways, free green fee and cart sharing.
Classifications of players will be determined once the registration has been closed.
