SURGICAL OUTREACH — The World Surgical Foundation Philippines, Inc. conducted free surgery for indigent patients in general surgery, head and neck, pediatrics, and those who are suffering from neglected surgical diseases. The foundation led by president and CEO, Dr. Marcus Lester R. Suntay, the City Health Services Office headed by Dr. Rowena P. Galpo, Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center headed by Dr. Ricardo B. Ruñez and the city government of Baguio represented by Acting Mayor Faustino A.
