TABUK CITY, Kalinga – The largest secondary school in the province has opened its online enrollment for school year 2020-2021.

Tabuk City National High School (TCNHS) Principal Mildred Cabay said online enrollment has opened for those with Internet connectivity.

Those who do not have Internet access can avail hard copy of the Learner Enrollment and Survey Form at their barangay halls starting June 15.

Cabay said they have coordinated with the city’s 42 barangays in the distribution of forms to the parents, who must be the ones to pick up and submit to ensure students do not get exposed.

“To prevent large crowd coming to the school, parents can submit the forms to their barangays,” she added.

She said the online enrollment is in compliance with the Department of Education’s order on ‘no face-to-face enrollment.’

TCNHS has about 6,000 students each school year.

Cabay said that in line with DepEd order on ‘no face-to-face instruction’ by Aug. 24, the school has adopted the blended learning system.

Teachers have at least two months to prepare their modalities based on the preference of students gathered in the enrollment survey.
