Protocol breach taints city model image
Baguio City is in the limelight as a model city for the past weeks until San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora and his convoy breached protocols for non-Baguio residents entering city borders .
Now our beloved mayor is in the position between the devil and the deep blue sea because his boss from the Department of Interior and Local Government announced that what happened was an honest mistake.
The question is what is just and what is fair?
Also, our lowly drivers bear more burden because of the fuel price increase.
