ROAD TO PROGRESS — Apayao received a multi-million farm-to-market road spanning 11.80 kilometers that was completed under the Department of Agriculture-Cordillera Philippine Rural Development Project. The FMR was opened with the cutting of ribbon led by Regional Development Council Chairperson and Apayao Gov.
