The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority headed by Secretary Isidro Lapeña and Regional Director Jeffrey Ian Dy with the provincial dovernment of Mountain Province represented by Administrator Jose Tombali and Legal Officer Thomas Kiwang signed a deed of usufruct for a space for the construction and use of the TESDA Provincial Office.
Mountain Province is donating a 740 square meter lot in Caluttit, Bontoc for the construction of Tesda provincial office for 25 years renewable thereafter.
Tombali shared the greeting of Gov. Bonifacio Lacwasan and the province’s commitment for the continuing partnership with Tesda in bringing technical education and skills development for the people of Mountain Province, especially to the younger generation.
Lapeña expressed gratitude to the provincial government for their generosity. He assured the continuing delivery of programs and services to the people of the province and neighboring areas.
He also called for partnership in bringing skills training and livelihood development to the 18 conflict-affected barangays of Mountain Province. – Carlito Dar
