The Outstanding Women Leaders of Baguio has new set of officers.
Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan administered the oath of office to the new set of officers during the flag-raising rites on March 7 at city hall as part of the city’s celebration of Women’s Month.
The OWLs is now led by president Dona Digna Salvador Rosario with Emerita Cambaliza Fuerte as vice president; Erlinda Isla Dacanay, secretary; and Jocelyn Lardizabal Mariano, treasurer. The business managers are Jennifer Mejia Dizon and Melanie Lingbawan Singson, Maria Christine Ponce Garcia, auditor; and Mary Ann Ollaging Tresmanio, public relations officer.
The OWLS-Baguio board of advisers are Marlene Baltazar de Castro, Councilor Lilia Farinas, Patricia Anne Gallardo-Marcelo, former councilor Perlita Chan Rondez, and Imelda dela Cuesta Bisnar.
