For barangays Anayan, Apao, Belaat, Cogon, Lanec, Lapat-Balantay, and Naglibacan, 10 slots were given for college students, six for senior high school, and five for junior high school beneficiaries.
College students received P5,000, senior high school students got P3,000, and junior high school beneficiaries P2,000 each.
The payout was held at the covered court of Bangued last Oct. 4.
