The 4th North Hobby Expo was formally opened by Mrs. Arlene Magalong, Councilor Jose Molintas, DTI-CAR ARD Samuel Gallardo, Toycon Ph Founders Cholo Mallillin and Victorino Yap along with other guests at the Cordillera Convention Hall of the Baguio Country Club on Oct. 6.
