8TH SABLAN FRUIT FESTIVAL — Known as the “Fruit Capital” of Benguet, the municipality of Sablan celebrated its 8th Fruit Festival that opened on Sept. 2 and will run until today, Sept. 4. The event, which also highlights the resiliency of local fruit farmers, is being celebrated with the theme: “An abundant and bountiful direction” with town and provincial officials led by Mayor Alfredo Dacumos, Jr.; Vice Gov.
