To ensure the protection, health, and safety of professionals, aspiring professionals and personnel, effective March 22, the Professional Regulation Commission-CAR will strictly implement the no appointment, no transaction, no entry policy in some transactions.
These include renewal of professional identification card, certification of passing, board rating, good standing, authentication of certification of passing, rating, good standing, application for examination, and registration of license.
The PRC allows walk-in services for petition for change of name due to marriage and correction of entries, state board verification, and claiming of certificate of registration.
Transactions with lapsed appointment date will be processed between 2 to 5 p.m.

Based on PRC Resolution 1234 s. 2020 and Memorandum Circular 03 s. 2020, the extension of the validity of the PRC ID cards of all concerned professionals will be enforced for the duration of any community quarantine imposed by the national and local government. – Press release
