A NEW CHAPTER — The country’s Summer Capital which is now home to close to 400,000 people, celebrated her 114th Charter Day anniversary on Sept. 1 and struggles to remain a vibrant and resilient city amidst the challenges brought about by rapid urbanization over the decades.
