ARANGKADA PROGRAM — Close to 400 individuals in Kibungan, Benguet received P5,000 cash assistance from the Arangkada Program of Rep. Eric Go Yap to help indigents in the province to cope up with the current economic crisis. The program targets to reach out to 10,000 individuals in the 13 towns of the province. The recipients are those who did not receive any cash aid from the national government such as the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (Tupad) under the Department of Labor and Employment. — Contributed photos
