Balik-tanaw

Sa pagsapit ng Semana Santa, balikan natin ang panahon ng pandemya. Anu-ano ang sumasagi sa ating isipan? Tayo ba ay naging malumbay o masaya? Nakatatak ba sa ating puso ang nagdaang tatlong taon? Marahil ay isa ito sa mga unos na ating pinagdadaanan. Mayroon bang nawalang minamahal sa buhay? O ‘di kaya ay nabiyayaan ba tayo ng magandang balita o gantimpala? Ilang beses ba tayong tumawag sa Panginoon na itawid tayo sa mga sigwa ng ating buhay?
Kung tayo ay magbabalik-tanaw, nakapagbigay ba tayo ng saya sa ibang tao tulad ng nais ng Panginoong Hesukristo? Nagbahagi ba tayo ng kaunting grasya na ating tinatamasa sa iba? Nagbigay ba tayo ng kaunting kasiya-han sa iba sa pamamagitan ng ating mga ngiti o mga papuri? O nakatuon lang tayo sa rurok ng tagumpay? Nakatuon sa rurok na para bang walang katapusan ang ligaya o kalungkutan. Sabi ng dati kong boss, “Basta no mas!” Ikaw nga lang ba ang magaling?
Sabi nga nila, “Life is short. Make the most out of it.”
Each one has a different cross to bear, but it helps if somebody tries to help us just by gut feel. “I felt you needed help,” goes the unexpected offer. Have we asked for forgiveness from people we have offended, even if the intention is only in our mind. Or vice versa, have we forgiven those who have offended us or hurt our feelings?
Do we carry the grudge to kingdom come that it has started to affect our health. Yes, our health. In bioplasmic healing, the unhealthy energy, if not dissipated will soon translate into disease or illness. Is there anger seething inside you? Forget it, release and forgive. It might be easier said than done, but worth your peace of mind.
God answers our needs or the needs of the people we pray for and the universe conforms. This Holy Week, let us pray incessantly, for our family, our relatives, our friends, for people who are ill, for our dreams and wishes, for our health, for success, for our protection. May the angels and saints deliver bliss and comfort to us. There may be a million and one supplications, but I know God hears them all. The great universe is His domain. He is in our hearts, in our minds, in our body, in the wind, everywhere. Let us humble ourselves before Him and remember, Matt. 25:37-40 “And the King shall answer and say unto them, verily I say unto you, inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.”
