BAMBOO BIKER — Mayor Benjamin Magalong welcomed to Baguio, Filcon Rivera, a 64-year-old biker from Bayawan City, Negros Oriental, who traveled to Baguio City using a single-speed bamboo bike. The bicycle frame made of bamboo can carry more than 10-kilograms of cargo.
