BARLIG PRIDE — M/Gen. Oliver Alilis Enmodias, the first full-blooded son of Barlig, Mountain Province to become a two-star police general, and his family paid courtesy call to President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. in Malacañang on Sept. 28. A member of the Philippine Military Academy Class of 1990, Enmodias will retire on Nov. 12, 2023 after serving in various capacities from Luzon to Mindanao for more than three decades. — Harley Palangchao
